Potgieter (lifeisazoobiscuit) and Lara Johnson (How to Cook and Elephant) had 30 minutes to produce a winning dish from a box of mystery ingredients in front of a live audience last week. It was Sam who walked away with the grand prize after whipping up a 'seared
steak bruschetta with caramelised onions, cherry tomatoes, pea sprouts and red wine reduction, followed by a pear and chocolate
spring roll, dusted with cinnamon sugar.'
Well done to all the bloggers that took part in the Freshly Blogged competition, it truly was a challenge :)
